We just had a lot of work done on my Terrain at GMC of Riverfront Park. James, our service advisor, was there to greet us upon arrival. Jonathan told us in September, when he serviced our Terrain, about the work we were due to have done next and that it would take a few days to get it done. James did everything in one day! Always a great service department. The dealerships phone system need alot improvement.
The Check Engine light came on in my truck, so I stopped at the dealership to have it checked. Fletcher met me as I walked in the door and I told him what was going on. He immediately brought my truck into the service area and checked out the error code…bad glow plug. I told him I also had three tire pressure sensors that needed to be replaced.
