One star is generous but I had to choose in order to leave a comment. The definition of an appointment is a scheduled time agreed upon by the customer and the service provider to receive a service. Apparently Country Club missed that memo. A 4 hour job scheduled for a Thursday morning and the truck was not touched until the following Monday seems a bit outrageous. I have been to this dealership multiple times. Every time I have tried to purchase a brochure they jerk you around on prices. I had a trade in this time where I wanted to upgrade to a new truck. It needed a new transmission which I would get done under warranty. They gave me one price before they fixed the transmission and then after me 4 thousand less once it was fixed. I asked why since it had only been a month. They said the truck market was dropping and it was depreciating the vehicle. I said this was not what we agreed ... read more
In June 2026, we purchased a new Kona from Country Club Hyundai. We love the new car (SUV). Kassidy, our salesperson, was very helpful with the purchase and with all the questions I had about the new technology in this car and how it works. If you are in the market for a new car, I would recommend Country Club and, in particular, the Hyundai cars. We love the value we get for the price we pay.
Bought a truck from this place 3 years ago and will never deal with them again. The truck is amazing but this dealership is horrible. First I had a warranty issue with the high pressure fuel pump and it took them a week longer than expected to replace the pump. They only have 1 diesel tech that kept calling out. I'm a traveling contractor that left work in the state of Maine to travel back for an appointment, show up for them to tell me that he called in sick.
