Had vehicle towed there, leaking transmission lines was their diagnosis as i understood it. Nys salt... i get it. Told would be ready monday, got ride for the 50 minutes there wed to pick up and waited what felt like 15 to 20 minutes while the 5 people behind counter "did whatever they were doing"... finally someone finds my paperwork stuffed off in a back room and says ohh we haven't even touched your vehicle, we have no transmission specialist, hes on vacation.
