Had a really bad experience with Misael Curbelo. He was rude and then he threatened to call ice on us...where US Citizens, he however has a very thick accent, hard to understand
The rudest sales manager, I ever have dealt with. I bought a brand new GMC. Ultimate, and afford 350 platinum from this dealership 10 months ago I have been treated bad the whole time. The air conditioner went out on the floor to 10000 miles to GMC, it's the third time their cars went in lamp mode. The exhaust system has been changed 2 times now it's going for the third time. Absolute BEST car dealership experience I have ever had. They were extremely reasonable with the price and with finding exactly what we wanted. The whole buying experience was extremely painless. Dalton is the man! He is so nice and helpful & wont do you wrong or steer you wrong. The finance manager is fantastic as well.
