I had the pleasure of dealing with Sandra Grainger at The Collision Centre in New Liskeard. I have dealt with several collision repair establishments over the past 50 years and have never been treated as well and fairly. Horrible service in the end. I brought in a 2015 GMC in January 2025 with error code reading too rich. I kept in frequent contact with GMC service advisor and received several new stories every time I spoke to this individual. I was patient, I had another vehicle to drive, but we are now end of April 2025 and my vehicle is not fixed. I spoke to the service manager for 30 minutes to get answers, only to find out the vehicle had not been serviced for 45 days and the error code simply erased by the service advisor. I posted a review with 1 star, but after a conversation with Anne, I have changed my opinion. She is the reason the service is good in the service department.
Just got a used car from there Justin was super helpful even when I was super impatient made sure everything was done quick and efficient will always recommend him
