I've always had amazing service, I even took my classic 1961 Invicta and had work done with excellent results. I have created a wonderful friendship with Eric and he is always willing to get me into a vehicle I like and can afford.
I was on my way to work on Tuesday, and my tire light came on when I got to a safe area I pulled over and saw my drivers rear tire was flat and wouldn’t hold any air on my new 2025 Jeep I was next to Valley Buick on Hwy 61 they were fabulous. They put a loaner tire on my car so I could drive my car to Hastings Jeep, they were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I offered to pay them for their time and they said no charge! I brought my AT4 in for its first oil change, so yesterday was my initial visit using Valley GMC service. The entire experience was very impressive. I appreciate the initial scan of my vehicle, the explanation of the service, timeliness, professionalism, and offering of a newspaper is great.
