Honest and thoughtful. I chose them because I got a used Chevy from another dealership and it gave me a bit of grief. New in town and so I thought I'd take it to family, as it were. They were awesome (and reasonably priced...well a bit more than reasonable) and when another, more serious issue has come up, they talked me through how to deal with the immediate and are being very responsive within their well-deserved very busy schedule! Highly recommend!
