Honestly the sales experience was good. Recommend Pat if you're going there to buy new. The service department unfortunately is a different story (and I was warned about this but gave them a chance anyway). Brought my 2020 express in there a few years back under warranty and said it was shifting poorly and specifically asked them to drop the pan, change the fluid and filter and inspect it. They refused to diagnose anything, charged me $1000 to drain and refill the fluid (didn't change the trans filter). Trans failed a short ... read more
