Marty and the shop forman, were more than accomodating to my husband and I. We were travelling for our holiday to Montana and our truck was having electrical issues and as we were going through Swift Current, we decided to stop at Standard to see if they could help us out. They did what they could, even working through their lunch hour, to try to get us back out on the road to continue to our destination! We are very appreciative for their hard work for us! Took 2 months to repair a brake line, To me that's un acceptable service. Took a week to get it in, ordered the first part Took another 2 weeks to get it. Than it sat there for a week till they got the truck in. Found out they ordered the wrong part. So it sat there for another two weeks. And the next part that came was wrong again. I ended up calling gm customer service hotline because my local chevy gave me their number and it was fixed 3 days after that. Pathetic
New car manager is class
Great customer service from sales and finance. Got me into my brand new Terrian with a lot of messages back and forth which made the buying process so easy. They had things set up before I got there so all I had to do was sign and go over the vehicle.
