I bought an old buick rendezvous from facebook marketplace.The car had a miss on cyl #2 and i figured out through testing and scanning that the pcm was bad.I got a used pcm but it needed to be programmed by a gm dealer.I went to standard motors and met Marty in the service dept. He set me up with an appointment for the following wednesday.I dropped my car off hoping for the best. Went in to test drive and get information on a new vehicle. Stood in the showroom for 15 minutes and not once did either sales person even greet us. Looked at us, went about talking to one another and completely ignored us. Horrid customer service. Regina it is 👌🏻
