Absolutely awesome customer service. I drove the hour to and from Rapid City to avoid the awful service at Granite and was so pleased with the Spearfish team. Easy to make the appointment, in and out in the promised :45-60 mins, friendly staff and they even ran my baby through a quick (much needed ) car wash. My husband will be bringing our other GMC here in a couple weeks, and we'll be customers for as long as the military keep us here!
This was my 1st visit to Spearfish Cadillac GMC and was so impressed with my experience that I will be using them for all of my service needs going forward. I live in Rapid City, 50 miles away and have several options here to get work done but after the A+ treatment I received at Spearfish Cadillac GMC, I will drive the extra miles.
