I was so impressed by Dave Lowe and how we found exactly what we were looking for. The whole staff was fantastic. Highly recommended.
Follow-up: After my last post I got a call from the head service advisor saying they wanted to make things right which I very much appreciated. They called me to say they have the part ready and booked an appointment - I was told it would take one hour - Perfect! Five (5) hours later I have just got my truck back. Apparently they didn't know they had to take the bumper off to replace the sensor. They sell and service these trucks...shouldn't they know that in advance?! I will fully admit I have low tolerance for incompetence... read more
