I purchased a vehicle from this dealership about a month ago and am very happy with my purchase. Megan was amazing through the sale and and is proving to be so afterwards. I sent her an email with an issue I had on a Sunday night, one month after I purchased the car. She answered my email within an hout and promised to look into the matter in the morning and she did. First thing. The customer service is impeccable. Much appreciated.
I needed a quick but fairly involved repair to my Traverse. I live in Halifax and they dealer I purchased the vehicle from was unable to do the work for 3 weeks. Same thing for their local competitor. The good folks at South Shore Chev had me in and out within a couple days. Amazing service and communications. Well worth the 2 drives back and forth from Halifax. I will buy my next vehicle from them, as I have never been satisfied with the service from the dealer in Halifax.
Ashley (and Angie) were FANTASTIC from start to finish. Personable, friendly, answered all questions, flexible with our schedule, great attention to the details, not pushy and made us feel very welcome. Got us exactly what we wanted in a vehicle. Super awesome experience with these ladies at the Dealership!
We bought a brand new truck from these guys. Less then a year later , only 20 thousand km on the truck and the tires were bubbling and needed to be replaced . The tire and rim warranty they sold us wouldnt cover anything, the dealership wouldn't step up and help in the name of good customer service. They took our 85 thousand dollars and ran away laughing. I would not recommend this dealership.
Terrible service I waited so long at the parts counter I left and order my parts on line. Completely disinterested in service. Don't waste your time.
