We purchased a Chevy pick up from Scott Drummond Motors 5 years ago and was totally happy with the purchase. The truck recently needed service over the Christmas holidays and they fit us in, diagnosed the issue and while we waited for parts to arrive due to bad weather they supplied us with a courtesy car so we could get back home till the truck was fixed up the the following day The service dept totally made this untimely repair during the holidays a trouble free event. Super satisfied!!!

Great buying experience from beginning to end. Our salesperson Brent was professional, patient and courteous. No pressure sales experience. Kerrie in Financial Services was great in presenting our options again with no pressure on what services we wanted to add and which we wanted to pass on. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle Scott Drummond took the time to come thank you for my business. Top notch service. Would recommend.

I got a black 2020 Chevrolet Traverse with this dealership last year. Yesterday, I went to the mechanic to buy some new parts for it and the mechanic noticed that our vehicle did not match what was on the registration. Our names were registered for a grey GMC Acadia. I called in to get this resolved only to feel gaslighted by their staff. Apparently, they had noticed this error since May of last year and tried to mail me the correct registration in June but it got returned to them.
