You guys are terrible at not letting your customers know that there is something wrong with your vehicles for example why is everyone having a problem with there transmission and you guys don’t recall them instead we have to find out have our vehicle breaks down example if there is a problem with the fuel pump that’s a recall problem over all the service department is not good and this is just my experience with them
I continue to receive emails from this dealership for someone else with the same name as mine. One occasion, the information I received was clearly a breach in data. I have contacted the company several times and they refused to delete my email address from their database. This is clearly harassment. I’m prepared to take the next steps if I receive another email from this company. Maybe now with this google review I’ll get somewhere or maybe not. We’ll see. ~ Not your customer
