We were on our way to Ottawa when our truck started making a really loud sound - I called the dealership to see if they could take a look and they saw us right away. Bill was fantastic to deal with and very accommodating. Got us back on the road in no time!
We bought a 2017 Sierra from Barry in late 2024. In March of 2026, Barry and Gord were able to help us with an old and previously closed recall. At no cost to us, the problem was repaired as a goodwill gesture from GM. It was exceptional service above and beyond. Thank you.
