I scheduled for a diagnostic for my truck a week in advance. I was there 15 minutes early and after they moved my truck and filled out paperwork, I was told it would be at least 5 hours before they looked at it. They knew I was from out of town and planning to wait with the truck. He then said maybe I should bring it back another time. What good is scheduling if you don't go by it?
