Online when I purchased the truck, it had 5 miles when I got to the dealership, it had 109. The truck was paid for. I went to pick it up and the door had a chip in it and the carpet was filthy as in dirt all over the place. I got a used truck after I already paid for a new one. Buying a new car can be a daunting task, especially when you’re trying to do it remotely. But I had a fantastic experience at Richard Kay, and I’m so glad I chose them. Gary Sellers was the best car salesman I’ve ever had. He never pressured me into making a decision and was always available to answer my questions through text. I went in to have two after market keys cut and programmed for a used car I purchased at a small car lot. Not from Richard Kay. The person that helped me, cut one key and made sure it worked. (Apparently aftermarket keys don’t always work) Cut the other one and walked me out to check it. He then programmed both keys and wished me a Merry Christmas. I told him I need to pay you and he said no thanks and again have a Merry Christmas. Next car I’m buying I will visit them first. Merry Christmas to all!
Took my 21 GMC Yukon XL Denali in the other week and dropped it off right when they opened. I had an appointment for the recalls to get fixed and an oil change and tire rotation. They only got through 2 recalls and didn’t do the oil change or rotate the tires and they had the vehicle all day. They also didn’t provide a loaner either. You have lost all my business and will spread how garbage your service is.
I am new to the area and needed to have a check engine light checked on my truck. After a bad experience at Parks GMC(See review) in Greenville yesterday afternoon, I searched for a GMC dealership and found Kay GMC in Anderson. I called them as I drove down there and left a message. I was called back by Jesse LaPier service writer. He explained that they were making appointments for the following week for diesel service.
