I’ve been on this dealership several times thinking I would have a better experience and they always disappoint me. I’ve never done business with them because of this reason, they are stuck up when treating customers or at least me. Madison is amazing and genuinely cares about the best interest of her clients. I will not work with anyone else at any other dealership or at this one. Both my vehicle purchases in the past 2 years have been with her. She is hands down the best!!!
I would have ranked lower but the actual service was great. Problem is when I called to check service, I could not get out of this AI bullshit to talk with a human. Called 5 times to try to speak with a human. NOT. This really needs to be addressed. AI supposedly transferred me to several numbers and no one answers. Please fix this.
