Purchased a new Envista here back in May, customer service was crap, salesman constantly left me alone. I work in sales and you NEVER leave the customer, it gives them plenty of opportunity to think clearly and leave lol. It seemed that because I dressed down they didn't think I'd buy anything. They also lowballed my vehicle, someone tried to steal my IPad from my car as well. They stole the case and keyboard for it but thankfully returned the IPad itself when they couldn't get into it. First of all NEVER call this dealership and speak with Henry he will tell you that they have the car on the lot and they "other clients are looking at it now." This occurred after being put on hold for 5 minutes and then confirming more then 5 times that they have the Yukon XL Denali Ultimate on the lot. Come to find out when you get the dealership, after driving for over an hour, you hear that the car you came to see was sold TWO DAYS AGO!!!! What horrible experience!
