Worst “service” ever. You’ll be overcharged and wait forever with no communication. Chris is the worst. Find someplace else.
my last service interaction was terrible, horrible service: - my car has extended warranty and went to show them three issues to see if they can be fixed under the warranty or not. After inspection they came and told me that 2 of them will be covered under the warranty but one of them is not. According to them the one that is not covered under the warranty, which is driver side window doesnt close all the way. Staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
I just left there I went in for an oil change and I drive a newer Escalade and the advisor kept saying they don’t work on Cadillac and I have a service plan for my oil changes and tire rotations so he started say oh it takes a long time to call them and get an approval I felt like they just didn’t want to do a service for me that’s the worst service department I’ve ever stepped in I thank God I don’t live out here and ever have to go there again
