Purchased some new aftermarket wheels. Had them install. Noticing they scratched 2 of the wheels the service manager made things right and told me he would replace the 2 if they can’t fix. They paid someone to fix however they still had scuff marks around the rim after. I wasn’t happy with the “fix”. Manager said he would buy me 2 new ones to replace. (Happy customer ending) Nope. Ramey Chevy service department is horrible. They have had my car at least 3 weeks and claim they are just to busy to get to it. Service advisors act so put out whenever I have called to check on it, which I've only called once a week.
