Ramey Chevy service department is horrible. They have had my car at least 3 weeks and claim they are just to busy to get to it. Service advisors act so put out whenever I have called to check on it, which I've only called once a week.

Jonathon sheetz, Chris Ganoe and the service guy who sits in the middle desk who is short and fat with blue eyes is an absolute liar. Bought trailboss 1/26/2024 with bumper having damage done. I also had an empty tank of fuel and it was filthy. Stereo had issues along with steering column. Part for bumper came in they told me to drop it Monday 1/29/2024 and it should be ready same day. I get a phone call at almost 5 pm telling me my truck is in pieces, they want to keep it together and it’ll take a week but be ready by 2/5/2... read more
