Would not recommend this place. They are dirty and the salesman GREG and SHAWN gave us a deal on a Jeep and we bought it and before we pulled out of the parking lot it tore up and GREG seen it. And now there both saying that my extra insurance that we bought for the vehicle doesn't cover what's wrong with it when they both promised we had bumper to bumper coverage. So they lied about that so I would not buy from this place at all!!!!
I love Freddie Elswick and Rameys of Richlands Chris and all the service Department and those so diligently work to not only find the best vehicle for your needs but continue to service those vehicles they sell and keep their customers safe and satisfied DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED A NEW RIDE EVEN IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FROM ANOTHER STATE LOVE THIS CAR DEALERSHIP 5 in my family have purchased vehicles here

Just bought a awesome vehicle from Rameys in Richlands Va. I would recommend mined this place to everyone who wants to buy a great vehicle. And Greg Poe was our car sells man. He is a awesome guy and very good at his job. He was very nice and respectful and helped us so much and I would say he's one of the best car sells man that Ramey was. Thank u Greg so much we really appreciate it and we love our jeep. I give u a ups brother!!! Awesome job
