There are much better places to go for auto body; I received my car incomplete, dirty, scrated headlights, well after the promised date, and I have lights on my vehicle now that are inoperable. This is 3 weeks after I called to complain with no action taken thus far. Have been unable to reach GM or owner. Makes me question their quality control standards and customer service standards. Was referred by my dealership for body work due to an accident. Everyone couldn't have been nicer. The whole process was smooth and professional. I definitely recommend them!
Overall my experience with the dealership was pushy and one sided. The truck had an oil leak and they essentially added a thousand to the price to have me pay for the repair before buying. The repair consisted of adding silicone to the leaking area. Other mechanics I spoke with said it would cost around $900 to replace the gasket vice silicone, so I opted to eat the mark up. Had the truck not been exactly what I wanted I would have left. After driving the vehicle for 2 weeks a tire pressure sensor fails and so I go to see if... read more

Absolutely terrible experience at this dealership. I was promised that a specific vehicle would be delivered for my family to view on a Saturday morning. I contacted the salesperson before leaving home on Saturday and she did not relay the car was never delivered. After driving my family an hour and a half, she informed me that the car was ‘diverted’ after hours overnight, but had several other vehicles for us to view.
