I went to Myers GM in Kemptville for an oil change and let me tell you, the service I got from Jessica Pichette was unlike any experience ever! She went above and beyond fit me in on an already busy day, and even called with helpful suggestions about my car’s health. Jessica went the extra mile and made me feel valuable!!!

I stopped in on a Saturday after hitting a pothole and ruining a front tire. The service department was open and the team were amazing and helpful. Unfortunately the tire was damaged beyond repair and I needed a tow to my dealership to replace my tire. Although they could not assist they leant a loaner so I could drive my mom home.Truly amazing service I am so thankful for the help! today.
