Just wanted to give kudos to I believe it was Jason working parts this past Saturday for his top notch service going above and beyond to help me .I was passing through and needed a part in which they did not have but Jason took the time to check other dealers and local suppliers that were on my way and was able to direct me to a place that had what I was needing . There body work might last a couple years if you’re lucky, now I’m stuck paying to fix it. Sloppy work with overspray and unpainted exposed metal.
Yesterday, July 29th, around 4:30 pm I went to this place to have a service quote and the advisor Tracy was on her mobile, so she treat me very bad. She told me that she didnt know how make a quote. I gave her a piece of paper saying what I was looking for, so she start to write down on this piece of paper.... too lazy to do a quote? Them she told me that she doesn't know about parts... We were heading to BC when my truck lost all electrical power due to major short in the electrical system. I had the vehicle towed to Murray Chev late on Friday afternoon after phoning ahead of time to explain the issue. Service manager Darrin was outstanding in getting the vehicle into the shop, looked at and repaired that same day so we could continue on our way. A big thanks also to the Murray service staff Michael, Leslie and Julie who were all outstanding.
They really think they're sly here. Pulling engine fuses. After paying 12k for a new vehicle. No wonder it was leaking and running hard when running ac. There's no way anyone has been under the hood other than myself, and we have serviellience over the vehicle 24/7. No wonder there's no codes. They also never gave us a key that manually unlocks the door. Told us we'd need to bring our vehicle to service. I'm not letting y'all touch my fiancées vehicle.
