Horrible experience with the repair service here. Brought my vehicle in for one issue, took it home with 2 issues, then I had to book another appointment, so I basically had to pay over $2400 for them to give my car another major issue. It’s been 4 appointments, each time promising it’s fixed with us paying for them fixing it, and still nothing fixed, and today I was told the issue was fixed and I can pick up my car. I really appreciate the service advisor I have, Paul. Paul has always seemed to care and is always professional. My first interaction i was having quite a bit of issue but Paul handled it and had it taken care of, he went above and beyond. The second was something simple but Paul treated me with kindness and professionalism. Thank you Paul
They get one-star for having a convenient express lube, but their service department is very unorganized. You talk to three different advisors and get three different answers. Never a consistent experience. They have a Dropbox for keys to drop your vehicle off after hours but tell you that you need to be there during business hours when you drop it off, despite having used the drop box before. We travelled in from out of town to buy a vehicle and, from the moment we entered the dealership, we felt like an afterthought. Nobody came to greet us, had to ask the receptionist to find a salesperson available. Test-drove a couple vehicles, first was nice, but check engine light came on while we were driving the second vehicle, which wasn't a good sign for us as we were looking for something reliable. We ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. Not sure if we would return in the future.
