AARON MOORE was easy to work with and does what he can to get you the best deal. He did a lot of work to get me the truck I wanted. Would defiantly recommend Moses Cadillac GMC of Charleston.
I had a really disappointing experience here. I actually got told to look elsewhere for a car. I was surprised, considering this is a dealership. I was genuinely interested in buying a car, but it seems when you start questioning prices or the breakdown of prices they’re quick to shove you out the door, it’s family owned so If you have any problems it’ll more then likely stay at ground level It won’t reach anybody above the GM due to no way to contact corporate, especially if the gm is the problem.
Pulled in to garage 30 minutes early of my appointment. I was checked in right away. I had my little Yorkie with me and they said it wouldn't be a problem. We went to the waiting area which is a nice clean place and wasn't there for very long. We were in and out with no problems. Everyone we seen was nice and asked if they could help us or did we need anything. Great staff.
Well, my parts have been on backorder for over 2 months. Doesn't make sense. However, the service is good, friendly, informative, quick to get back when necessary, a loaner car is available. I'd recommend this company anytime.
Aaron was phenomenal through my buying experience!!! 10/10 recommend him and Moses!!!
