Modern Auto did a great job! We have an issue with GM. The 6.2l engine failure issue should not be costing customers more money. Now that our 6.2l engine was confirmed to be okay for now, we are faced with higher oil change costs for the remainder of our vehicle life. This is unacceptable that a design/manufacturing failure from GM is being passed onto customers with special oil and higher costs for maintenance. Typical GM! Passing costs onto customers when they make mistakes.
This dealership would not fully honor Chevrolet Pre-paid Maintenance plan. Take your business elsewhere for service that will honor Chevrolet maintenance plans.
