Friendly staff and environment
Well when we first called that my granddaughters car broke down again from same thing you fixed before they said they would reimburse for tow . Well that did not happen they did not keep there word I was disappointed 160 bucks later on my broke granddaughter who is in college.
Excellent service on my Corvette! Technician Frank and Service Advisor Donovan kept me apprised of the work on my car and made sure everything that I wanted done was completed during my visit. Even though Modern Auto is very convenient for me to have my vehicles serviced at because it is less than 2 miles from my house, I would gladly drive a couple of hours if necessary to have their service department take care of all 3 of my GM vehicles.
