Do not write feedback on a GMC-issued review. The dealership will eventually receive the anonymous feedback and may ban you from future service. It seems they only want positive comments, rather than honest feedback that could actually help improve their service. I am on ~20 years of leasing cars/trucks from Minchin GMC. From start to finish, they have always been exceptional. Most recently, I worked with Bobby D on a new truck. It was seamless. A few texts and a 5-10 minute pick-up! I highly recommend Scott and his team.
I took my wife’s brand new car in to get serviced for an issue that occurred when we picked up the vehicle. We got it at different dealership. My wife pulls into the lot with a half of tank of gas. We are expecting our child any day now, so we expressed the level of importance of having quick communication to get our car back. We didn’t hear back.
