Very disappointed with my experience. It was clear their priority was making a sale, not taking care of customers. I called 4 hours ahead to confirm the car was on the lot and told the salesperson I’d be there at 4, traveling a long distance. I even called again an hour out with my ETA. When I arrived, that same salesperson was in the process of selling the exact car I came to see. Completely unacceptable—won’t be returning.
Dustin was great to work with! Very understanding and was able to assist my family & I get behind the wheel of a much needed family car! Thank you!
