They had my truck for almost 2 weeks. After several phone calls and their excuses regarding hard to the parts, being busy, etc. I finally picked up my truck on 3/31/26. It was in their possession since 3/19/26. All my truck needed was a fuel pump!!!🤬🤬
Very friendly staff and knowledgeable I just bought a Escalade and took it here for the full oil change special and left very happy they told me what they found and also washed her.
We had a good experience with the service department at Mataga. Ozzy kept us informed about what was going on with our vehicle. There were a few delays and snafus that were outside of their control, but they handled it well. Without going into too much detail, a previous mechanic or CarMax screwed up, and Mataga fixed it all. We will be bringing our Cadillac here from now on.
