The service technician’s at Markquart Motors are top notch human beings. There is a reason they SHOULD be the top paid skilled trade employees in the Chippewa valley!! Very polite and respectful people to work with! Would recommend GM owners to bring their vehicles to Markquart Motors Service department!
Could not have had a better experience. From the test drive until the final drive off the lot, it was a first class experience from the entire staff.
I have never taken a vehicle to a place that plans so poorly. My wife was in for an air bag replacement and it took an hour and a half before anyone touched the thing, then 15min to swap it out. Should was told when she booked it that it would be an hour at most. It’s the same thing when we schedule oil changes, take an hour and a half to get a basic oil change and tire rotation. I have purchased my last two vehicles from Markquart. The experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Both vehicle purchases have been from Rick who is extraordinary in every way in getting a buyer into a new vehicle. Then the finishing touches have also been by the same individual, Owen, who walks the buyer through all the details with the vehicle that has been purchased. He has also been great.
