I recently purchased a used truck from McFarlands and from the very first call to there office, minutes after they posted the truck without pictures, they went out in a storm to take a few pictures for me, returned every call, and were absolutely polite and courteous every step of the way. The sales team, finance team and now after having a issues with the brakes even their service team is exceptional. Terrible experience with this dealership all the way from sales to service. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, especially for service. Most of the service staff have left over the years and seems the ones that are still there are out of touch with how to treat a customers vehicle. When they cause an issue the customer ends up being blamed.
Everything from the sales team to the parts and service team, they knock it out of the park every time! I've tried shopping around for new vehicles at other places but I found nothing else feels more like family then the experiences I've had at Macfarlane's.
Absolutely amazing staff. Made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I absolutely love my new vehicle.
