The level 3 charger didn't work but the charger on the other side work so it's okay

Bought a CHEVY radio to be installed. I was told over the phone that they were more than capable of clearing an anti theft locked CHEVY radio, “yes it’s a Chevy radio”. After an hour I was told it was unlockable. I was charged $195 in service charges, over an hour of labour and more than I paid for the radio itself. Took it to a family friends mechanic, who no word of a lie, found out in the first 30 seconds he tried to unlock it, that it was unlockable.
