Such a disappointment getting oil change for truck 2/27/25 then arriving home to see puddle of oil on garage floor next morning. Filter not tightened & drove 90 miles home tried over 10 times to contact dealer requesting resolution. Finally got told “check is in mail” for refund. That was 3 wks ago. Nothing resolved despite promises to do so. POOR at all levels.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered every question I could think of. What he didn't know he promptly found out for me prior to buying the vehicle.
