Onstar quit for the third time. Problem was not resolved. Lied to by salesperson. Zero confidence in service department. I truly wish I could leave a positive review, I don't like having to leave bad reviews. From sales to service I have been let down and feel defeated. Buyers remorse now. I wonder if anyone at Labadie reads these reviews.
10/10 Keven was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure I could get my car, patiently explaining everything and genuinely caring throughout the process. The rest of the staff were also very kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend asking for Keven if you go here!
