Ok, so I put a build together a build for a brand new GMC Yukon AT4 back during Covid. I told the dealership that I did not want it until they accepted my build the way that I wanted it. I also told them that I did not care how long it took because this is going to be the last car that I buy, and this is what I won't. It took 2 years before they finally accepted my build. Will not return. Initial impression/interaction with service was decent. Reps were reasonably pleasant and cooperative. Ultimately, they did not complete all of the warranty repairs they identified in diagnostic process and didn't respond to my follow up questions about that. And now, I've confirmed there was another major leak issue that they didn't identify or address despite me providing information that should have led to further investigation when they had the vehicle. You don't seems like once you purchase your car you're dead in the water they take other people from that are traveling and doing other things to fill up their time of day versus offering help for their people that have bought their vehicles I wouldn't recommend them at all thumbs down
