I cannot say enough about Keast service department in Harlan Iowa. We were heading back with our 2 young kids early from vacation in Colorado due to learning my mother in law was put on hospice unexpectedly. On our way back our vehicle started acting funny and functions stopped working so we were forced to stop at a gas station. While my husband was looking at the car I ran into the bathroom only to find out I was having a miscarriage at 10 weeks pregnant. We took our son's car in to get the AC fixed. They found a freon leak, called to let us know a replacement part needed to be ordered, replaced the part the next day, and applied it to the car's warranty. Very easy process.
I cant say enough great things about Keast. I bought a vehicle and 6 days later a hailstorm totaled it out and I called Jim saying I needed another vehicle just like I had and in 2 days he found one!!! This is why I shop local! Great service, great people, great and personal experience!
