Best car buying experience I’ve had. Caden was prompt in response and reassuring through the whole process. He worked tirelessly to get me into a safe vehicle that I felt comfortable in. He found the perfect suv for me and helped move all my belongings over to the new one in the freezing cold. 10/10 (5 stars isn’t enough)
Went shopping for tires and Karl’s was running a sale. Decided to schedule it for a Friday. Dropped vehicle off on Thursday so they could have vehicle all day. I called on Friday at 2:30 to see if vehicle was done. They told me they doubled booked my vehicle and they would try to get it done. I arrived at 5:30 and vehicle was still not done. Waited 30 minutes for them to finish. I finally received the car right when they were closing. They got grease on the seat, and tire pressure light was still on. They all went home then.... read more
