Just experienced a very unprofessional and shady situation. I sent over 20 pictures of our trade-in to the sales rep, we agreed to numbers on the purchase of the new vehicle, and the sales rep even sent over the contract for me to sign via email, only to have my husband drive an hour out to the dealership to compete the transaction and have the sales rep and manager completely change the amount they would give us for our trade in. They have a $195.00 diagnostic fee that they do not tell you about when scheduling an appointment. This fee does *not* go towards repairs; it is a stand alone fee. I took an hour off work to drive to this place just to cancel my appointment. I suggest calling around - there's another GMC dealer in Commerce city, and the non-dealer locations "nearby" are less than half that for a diagnostic fee. I'm guessing the business model is to get the person to drive to Kansas, spring this surprise fee on them, and then hope they're too... read more
