The customer service was exceptional. Jeff, the salesman was extremely pleasant, very professional and I could not have asked for a better experience when purchase my first vehicle on my own. Had a really good experience with Orillia Chevrolet. I was about 4 hours from home when I had an issue with my truck and didn’t have an appointment. I was honestly a little worried about getting it looked at while I was in town. Holly, the Service Manager, was great and did everything she could to get me in. Coleman a tech there. looked at the truck even though I didn’t have an appointment, and they managed to squeeze me in and get everything taken care of before I had to leave town.
