Every time I took my vehicle to the service department I was dismissed. I would have to get my husband to call and explain the issue for me and even then I feel like I was never listened to. For example there was an issue in the back end of the truck and I took it in. I was told it was probably from the undercoating and the issue never got looked at. Stopped here while passing through on vacation. Jim, Ed, and everyone was so helpful, professional, and friendly. They diagnosed the issue and got me back on the road like a pit crew. Wish my home dealership was half this good.
