The sale girl Gail was very pleasant to deal with and not hard to look at
Despite a date mixup in setting up an appointment, (their call center service folks changed the date without confirming with me it was ok, and it wasnt, we had a ferry to catch), they managed to slip me in for a severe wobble from unbalanced front tires, likely caused by these horrid NL roads. We are back on the road!
We had an excellent experience at Hickman Gander. The service was top-notch and Shawna in particular was wonderful to deal with. Would highly recommend.
In Newfoundland for a vacation from BC. Staying in Twillingate when we experienced issues with our truck. Called the closest GM dealer, Hickman. They got us in that afternoon, a Wednesday. Diagnosed the issue, ordered parts from St John's, had us back in the road by Thursday mid-afternoon. Thumbs up for the service, communication for when the parts arrived, and the loaner vehicle. Great customer service!!
