Kevin Burchfield was the best salesman I have ever come in contact with. He gave us an amazing deal and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase of my GMC Yukon. I never felt pressured. I would highly recommend.
Great review left 2 years ago, now this. My 2020 Silverado has been there since 7/12, appt date 7/17/23. Part on backorder—no rental reimbursement/courtesy vehicle, 45 days in. Minimal contact until leaving this review. I truly expected better service from Heafner Motors & General Motors. Hope to see this scenario turn around soon! **Update 8/30: -raised 1 star-Dealership is updating me on the status more frequently- same, backorder Pending an update from GM for rental.
