Blew a hose that connects to the turbo talked to some guy that told me it ok to drive . Came to Hanna Moter Products they treated me amazing and warned me I could damage my turbo had a part shipped in and had me on the road ASAP
2 hours from home and still 2 hours from our destination, my 2014 Trax lost power. Our plan was to find a screwdriver to get at my air filter once we got to Hanna. Not only did the staff lend us a screwdriver, they let us pull it into the bay since it was so cold out. Turns out my turbo was frozen. They even allowed us to leave my car inside to thaw out after finding out what the code was at no cost!! Thank you for the amazing customer service, Hanna GM!
