I was greeted properly, felt welcomed, the atmosphere was calm, clean and my wait time wasn't long.
Salesman Michael was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable of vehicles. Original vehicle purchased unknowingly had a check engine light so the vehicle was left at the dealership to be serviced before taking the vehicle. After a look by the service department and determining it would take some time to repair, Sales Mgr offered same deal on another new vehicle. This was an exceptional way to handle this situation. Very happy with experience and recommend this dealership.

The vehicle buying and trade-in experience at this dealership is awful. First off, the salesman I dealt with had no clue how the car buying process went, and he was constantly having to grab additional help. We dealt with three different salesman and a manager before we finally got a shred of common sense. Once the new vehicle was bought and my old vehicle was traded in, they did not do their due diligence to make sure that the old plate was cancelled, causing me to incur a bill when my old vehicle was towed after the sale. ... read more
