I had recalls done on my vehicle and was there for 3 hours because they didn’t update my phone number or try to find me while I was there waiting. I watched a lady write down my phone number so they definitely had it. They also tried to tell me they left calls and messages but my phone didn’t get a single one. I spent several hours going back and forth via text and phone with this dealership on a vehicle and working out details on my trade. I went to my own credit union to get a pre-approved loan and then drove from St. Louis all the way there only to find a filthy car with 2 dry rotted, 7-year-old tires and a touch screen that did not operate. My entire day was eaten up by this unnecessary 6 hour roundtrip and an entire day of wasted time off from work as well as 2 tanks of gas. Traded in for a new car, should have been exciting… it was not! They low balled me on my car then sold it with all of my information in the car. My brand car NEVER had a wheel alignment done on it before I bought, so when I took it back for the first oil change they tried to get me with an alignment. I will try my hardest to not take my vehicle back to them for anything, I will find another Buick dealer. Fuson is a joke!!!
We are from Vermont and were hunting in Terra Haute, the check engine light came on in our truck and it was going to go into Derate, we stopped by and told them our situation, they got us in the next day to diagnose the truck, they then overnighted the part and got us in the next morning and replaced the part, we were out of there by Noon, there were 4 of us that all needed to get back to Vermont for work and they made that possible even knowing they were not gaining a customer as we live over 1,000 miles away!!
