My most recent experiences are with the service department. This time I was in and out in one hour.
This was one of the most pleasant truck buying experiences I have had in a long time!! Both the salesman and finance manager were both very easy going and knowledgeable!!
Great dealership to work with both with the buying of cars and the service after the sale
Called and set up an appointment, for a replacement key fob. The part had to be ordered so I schedule for the day after arrival. No notification of the part not arriving the day before so when I show up they need to go pick it up from a nearby location. I sit in this waiting room for over 3 hours for a replacement key fob. A simple call and we could have rescheduled, instead I waste an entire morning. The staff was polite but the service is not good enough. Update: Changing review from 2 stars to 1.
