Don’t take your care to get worked on here. We had to replace our entire engine amongst other things on our brand new Yukon Denali and then get the runaround from the dealer. They are incompetent, rude and you wont get good customer service. If you have a warranty they will give you the runaround and make it difficult to get the work accomplished. No loaner cars are provided for warranty work, how do they expect you do function when they have your car for weeks but don’t provide something else to drive. GMC is horrible…..
