I had a 10:00 appointment to have a thermostat replaced. The agent said that we do not rely on Check Engine reports from Auto Zone and will do a Diagnostic Check for $199. By 2:00 I had not heard anything, so I called - My agent had left for the day and my car was finally getting a Diagnostic Check. Called again an hour later and was put through to another agent with the news of $599 (thermostat needed replaced) but I could not pick my car up until the morning. Needless to say, I was very upset. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they were responsive, easy to get a hold of, and kept me informed throughout the diagnostic process. Although I ultimately chose to have the repair done elsewhere, they were still courteous and helpful the entire time.
