I purchased a Certified used GMC Terrain in May if 2025. I've had issues with the steering, pulling left and right ever since. Twice I've had to drive back to Findley (260 miles) to get it fixed instead of going to our local dealer as I was told would cover ANY issues with the car. I have been calling and leaving messages for the salesman Alex and service manager Sean about needed paperwork and to get my car fixed locally. I have been ignored over and over again. Time to go above their heads. All I wanted was my car fixed.
My experience was very upsetting. They tell you one thing on the phone just to get you in there and then the terms change. We are seniors on a fixed income it took us over two hours to drive there and a tank of gas we couldn’t afford. This was a waste of our time and money.
Findlay in Bullhead City, what a great team! They took care of me promptly. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I feel at home right away. Mike and George were awesome. I got a beautiful car and I am very happy with the service I was provided. Mike set up my on star service and made it so easy. My husband and I will never come back here or recommend this place to anyone. They don't care if you have a bad experience and they will even insult you if things aren't going their way. They will corner you and not listen to a word you're saying. Edit due to Findlay response: We had a bad experience from start to finish.
