0k ,I scheduled an appointment 1 month prior, I'm not saying there not doing a good job on repair, I'm just saying I think they let my truck sit for 2 days before they touched it,,, not happy !!!!!

I spent a few hours at Findlay's trying to find a car I felt comfortable driving. Paul kept finding cars to show me and we test drove them until I found one. Mike helped connect the On star system a few other technical things and I still need to go back. I signed more papers with Gage toward the end. Paul even offered to come by my house to pick up paperwork if needed. I was amazed. Thank you guys. You are awesome.
John Skillman was my service advisor and he was great, a definite 5 out of 5! He was courteous and friendly. He was honest about recommended service my vehicle should have and did everything to keep the cost of that service reasonable. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received at Findlay!
