Waited 3 weeks for service appointment for a fairly simple airbag light for a vehicle I needed to move myself with. As I'm pulling in to drop it off they text me and cancel the appointment. I explained I drove an hour and waited 3 weeks for the appointment and as someone who owns Honda cars this type of customer care is all new to me and im not used to people texting and cancelling stuff.
