After picking up our vehicle following an oil change, there was mud on the floor from one of the technicians who worked on the vehicle. This should have been noticed by the technicians/service team and addressed before turning the vehicle over to the owner. Hope they do better next time.
This place saved our vacation hands down.. They are amazing. While traveling to the beach we broke down. We called DOSSETT and they said “if you can get it to us we will get you back on the road”. We limped the truck to them and in 3 hours we were back on the road and they didn’t break the bank!! The customer service is out of this world as well. They offered to take us somewhere to get lunch and everything.. Thank you DOSSETT and your service crew..
The owners and the personnel have always went the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. This is my Fifth vehicle I have purchased from them over a nineteen year period. From the receptionist too sales and parts and service and mechanics always work together to keep you safely on the road.
