My people at Dossett Cadillac took care of me again!!! You all know how HOT it is outside and my air stopped working in my vehicle. That’s a no no for me. So, I took my vehicle in to Dossett and immediately Mr. Terence Polk took care of me. He explained to me what the problem was and how Cadillac’s operate. So, it wasn’t my air but the thermostat and to keep the vehicle from running hot, it will start shut things off, and honey, if you want my attention, turn my air off on a HOT DAY!!! Great service team
Mon is an excellent Service Manager. I was extremely pleased with the service at Dossett.
After picking up our vehicle following an oil change, there was mud on the floor from one of the technicians who worked on the vehicle. This should have been noticed by the technicians/service team and addressed before turning the vehicle over to the owner. Hope they do better next time.
