Honest and fair just like the add says.
I had them replace the torque converter on my 2017 Traverse with 123,00 miles in May of '23. After driving it a month, I drove it to Minnesota. Driving around Marquette, it started slipping a bit. By the time i got back to lower Michigan on the return leg, it was really bad especially in hot weather. I took it back to the shop and explained what happened and explained it's worse when the car is hot and driving up a hill. It was great.
Appointment was at 2pm. They took it in at 2pm. Vehicle was finished at 2:30pm. Oil/filter/lube and tire rotation.
Have been buying cars for many years from Don Rypma. Dave has always been good to us!
