This dealership is a complete and utter disaster. From sales to service I was treated like an inconvenience. Firstly, they sold me a car with a clean CARFAX in 2022, however while my car was at another dealership this year (2026) for an engine light and an issue with the rear hatch they discovered many loose connections and a replace / reprinted tailgate. I called about an hour before closing, and instead of rushing me, Brad and the team stayed open late so I could come in, see the vehicle, and ultimately close the deal.
