We had a very positive experience at this dealership/ Mercedes service when we had battery problems on our way passing through on a long road trip. We were thankful they could get us in and back on our way !
We’ve brought our Buick here twice and have had terrible experiences. Last year, the service department put a part in backwards and I broke down with my two kids the day after we picked up our car. They had to tow our vehicle and refix the part. This time, it took FOREVER for them to call us back and communicate about the timeline. When they finally told us the vehicle was ready, we went to pick it up, and the battery was dead. 🤡
Outstanding experience with Colin purchasing a car from Portland OR! Clear communication, thorough vetting of the car, cleaning - wow!, and a full mechincs review and update of liquids and filters. I would buy a car from Colin again in a heartbeat.
Broke down just outside of Missoula in our Sprinter RV. Spoke with Amanda and she was kind enough to get us the number to Mercedes Benz road assistance. Had it towed in right before closing. Amanda and the service dept got us right in and back on the road as soon as they could. They even took care of a recall issue! Amazing customer service!
My experience was strictly with the service department. I drove a low mileage 22' Cadillac Blackwing from my hometown back east. I took it in for some tires and an oil change. I noted some squeaks and whistles - the service team figured them out. Diego is a car guy. He figured out what was going on with my rig and then Jessica from GM was on the horn. I met the owner of the dealership to shake his hand. This is *exactly* the service I remember. 5 stars.
