I was visiting Missoula from Seattle on a 3-day fishing trip when my truck's CEL came on. Wanting to get it fixed before driving 500-mi home, I called to see if I could get it in. Megan and her team bent over backwards for me and made it super simple to drop the truck off in the morning and get a glow plug replaced while I was out with my fishing guide. Super friendly and helpful!
Originally trusted DeMarois when I purchased my first vehicle on my own after graduating and starting my career because I knew my family had purchased several vehicles from them. Crazy to me that a dealership that sells high-end and even luxury vehicles would practice tied selling of a $3,000 extended warranty that I "needed to purchase" in order to have an APR of 7.5% vs. 9 or 10% from lenders. Went to service department for a "airbag recall" told it was free everytime I talked to "scott" in service ...as I gave him my Vin and he said it was recall check. Then get charged for looking at it and then told it wasn't a recall?!? One of the parts they said needed to be replaced and it was just "un-clipped" at a rate of 150hr OR per thing "they diagnose", "how professional" and then to top it off my key fob stopped worked literally that afternoon after I left deaership, thought it was battery... nope remotes cracked... m... read more
Many thanks to the folks at the Mercedes branch of this dealership. I was driving through Missoula and called them early on a Tuesday because of a check engine light. They got me in to see their ace mechanic that morning. He figured out the cause, topped up my coolant, and sent me on my way in under 30 minutes- no charge!! They’ve got your back!
