The service department went above and beyond to help me with a sour deal on a vehicle I purchased from another dealership. Right from the start my vehicle had problems and the window warranty was not being honored. The service team at DeMarois diagnosed my vehicle and set me up in a luxury loaner car. Very disappointed with DeMarois. I brought my vehicle in for routine service only — an oil change. It was never brought in for accident, collision, body, paint, structural, or damage-related repair. The vehicle only had a minor basically unnoticeable cosmetic paint scratch on the fender. A few days after the service visit, a CARFAX “Damage Report” appeared on the vehicle history. Do not use service at any costs. Kept our sprinter for a month and charged for items under warranty as well as didn’t fix all issues. Do not use.
Took my car there for a key and service. $480 for a spare key. $1080.00 for service which was competitive but when I got into the car the check engine light was on. So they gave me a loaner. It was two days before we got the car back. They stated that is was just a sensor that didn't get plugged in. For the troubles they said they would credit us a partial refund but after a month I've seen nothing. Staff was friendly but we will be taking our vehicle elsewhere in the future. I wouldn't recommend.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Mercedes-Benz service department and their service manager.
