I was initially worried about coming here after reading some of the reviews, but I did not have much of a choice in this area when it comes to servicing my sprinter so I gambled. Everyone here was great, they communicated well, informed me of things before doing them and charging me for it, and got the job done quickly, even though I had to schedule out several weeks in advance because of how booked up they were. The building was nice and quiet, but when me and my wife walked in with our two boys no sales people came and talked to us, there was no one at the front desk either. Just a lot of blank stares so after waiting for 15 min we just left. We ended up going to the ford dealership, they were much nicer!
I took my car to a local shop because of a flickering headlight. They told me it wasn’t the bulb but rather a $600 part. So I went to Mercedes to get a second opinion. I paid $200 for diagnostics, they assured me with confidence that it was definitely just the bulb. I agreed to have the bulb replaced, which they told me would be a 20-minute job. Stay away if you can, they are not good, they don’t have no professionalism at this dealership. I recently bought 2025 Cadillac Escalade and I had an issue with my infotainment screen and rear driver’s door. I called Megan and I made an appointment with her. I told Megan specifically what’s going on. I have sent her videos on her cell phone so they all know since it was a brand new vehicle. Follow up : After that one bad experience, it's been great. Top notch service. Took over 2 hours for, what I was told was supposed to be a 45 minute appointment. Lack of communication between employees and clients. I should have been informed of what the hold up was instead of having to track down the service personnel multiple times.
