Fast and friendly
This was my 2nd visit to the service department. My 1st visit I had a 8am appointment for my first oil change service and a brake concern on my 2024 Silverado 2500hd. I dropped it off at the night drop box and with my instructions I requested to pick it up by 4pm. By 3pm I had not received a call about the findings of my service mainly the brake concerns. This was my second purchase this year from your Chevy/Buick/GMC store, and, once again, Brent and John were very professional, sensitive to my wants and needs, and made the leasing of my Buick Envista a pleasure. My having been in the automobile business, as a GSM, for 38 years, I can fully appreciate the efforts put forth by your staff.
Nick was my sales agent, he was very informative and helpful. Heck of a guy. My wife and daughter stopped in at one point through the process he offered them snacks and drinks. My daughter toddled around the office and was given a stuffed animal or trinket of some kind by just about everyone that worked there. General manager was a pleasure to work with, he came out at the beginning, near the end, and at the very end to shake my hand and congratulate me on my new purchase super nice guy.
