Great service.In and out in less than an hour
Went to Deacon jones Chevrolet in smithfield for an oil change like I have since i bought my car in 2020. This time they didn’t top off the fluids like they have done every time I have taken my car there to be serviced. I understand we are human and might miss a step in the process, but all fluids???? Makes you wonder what else they accidentally forgot to do!! They are more worried with the extra stuff I didnt want done at this time!!
Roger in GM service was wonderful. He explained everything that needed to be explained communicated well and my car was fixed in two days. Very positive experience. Everything was warranty out and recalled - would use them again.
