Just witnessed the most absurd and disrespectful interaction at this facility. An employee from another local car dealership came to do business and was immediately attacked and belittled by a Dayl Graves employee yelling across the showroom in front of customers calling him names, the young man from the other dealership walked on did his business and nicely (not sure how) said bye and wished the other person a nice day on his way out. We just bought a used Yukon here and could not be happier with the experience. David and Danny just treated us like neighbors. A totally different experience from the shyster sales techniques we experienced at so many other dealers. They were friendly without sucking up, and straight shooters on price. It was a breath of fresh air. These guys will be the first place I go next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.
